The program is generated either by teach-in method, or by direct programming, or via DNC. * FORM Program Package for following measurements: Internal or external straightness, profiles of segments with less than 360°, compensation of straight lines (LSS), maximimum incircle (MIC), minimum circumcircle (MCC), smallest radial zone circle (MZC), form errors of master workpieces (also possible with several reference circles), centring errors, levelling errors on 2 levels, graphic display of true profiles, plotter and printer for diagrams. * Inductive Side Tracer, Model ST 180, with reversible tracing device, swivable 180° (measuring capacity 0.02 - 0.16 N) also suitable for bores up to 120 mm deep. * FAG MF 7000 Tracer Amplifier, with 2 entrances. * Separate centring and levelling table for eccentric parts. * Digital readout for Z, Q and C axes. * All axes are driven via servomotors or stepping motors. * Base and Z column are made of stone. * Z and C axes have air bearings. * AB and X/Y axes are for centring and levelling the workpieces. Machine comes from the automotive industry, where it was being used for testing crankshafts and camshafts up to approx. length of 1500 mm.
