In-house construction of a universal grinding station consisting of a flexible shaft from Suhner with various attachments, a separate belt sanding unit for sanding edges with the same sanding direction (lying and standing - see photos 4+5) and the large sanding table made of aluminum profiles. This table is equipped with a manually movable and height-adjustable side stand that runs in a guide over the entire length. There is a horizontal support bar attached to it, to which the sanding brush is attached and which can be moved manually from front to back. The recording bar can also be tilted if necessary. With this system, larger areas with the same appearance can be sanded precisely without any effort. Here, stainless steel fronts, table tops, laboratory tables, etc. were provided with the typical surface brushing pattern. This system was used in a well-kept small business to produce special stainless steel parts for kitchens, laboratories and clinics and was only operated by the owner. The machine is sold because the owners have reached retirement age. Machine dealer with own stock of 1600 m.
