This crack detection device from KARL DEUTSCH with the type DEUTROFLUX UWE 900 is in prime condition. It works according to the standards of DIN EN ISO 9934-1 as a magnetic particle crack test. We use the skin effect of the alternating current used for uniform magnetization and problem-free demagnetization and can also be used for complex workpieces. We offer a complete crack detection system for axle journals. This machine can still be viewed under power in the VW Salzgitter plant.
